      Pros

      Good place to learn and improve your skills. If you are confident in yourself the company will choose to trust you and give you a chance. Fun team, makes one feel at home. There is one desi Sheldon here.

      Cons

      Pay is very low compared to market They did not follow Scrum/Agile methodologies at least when I was there. This can cause one to get lazy, so be careful

      Loved working here. Been here for close to 5 years Team Leads are good. Lots of internal opportunities to move around as they are growing. Turnover is low
