Pros
The team I worked in was positive, nice, understanding, and collaborative. I had an amazing boss and really feel like who you work under and the team you are involved in, play a huge role in your happiness. Felt like it was decent work and overall a great work experience.
Cons
I want to rate this company a 3/5 stars only in terms of when it comes to terminating their employees. No word is said to other team members and it is really strange that there is very little to no communication on topics like this. I know talking about it spreads fear so it's understandable why it's not talked enough, but they really do go through a rough financial patch here and there, seems a bit consistent, and unfortunately they do not keep their employees safe. You are told you will be safe and find work within the larger company, but that option is never presented.
