Good mid-level management, senior management are difficult to work with - Senior Account Manager Brandscape Employee Review

The employees and original owners/parents of the company are super sweet people with big hearts.

The current management of brandscape does not give you the support or will pay for what you need to succeed. It’s a good entry level job out of college. They will tell you whatever you need to hear to get your hired, but give you false expectations and never follow through. It’s a very clicky environment on the account management floor. There is definitely a lack of trust that they have in their employees and it’s very micromanaged.
