Pros
This is a remote agency, plenty of creative work and with a heavy AI push, it is a global agency meaning there's people from everywhere working with each other, office culture is good.
Cons
It is perhaps too big in certain aspects, many things get lost in translation and process, they are prone to hire for specific clients which means plenty of people are single client focused and dependant of contract renewals. They need more IT and RH people.
