Had a great team under me. The owners were good people to work for and they take care of the upper management. I appreciated the relationships I built while working for them and the networking opportunities I was exposed to.
Cons
Managers are routinely "handcuffed" in terms of plans to push the company forward and then held accountable for the repercussions of those forced decisions.
