      Pros

      You get a 15% discount when you buy from the store.

      Cons

      Management is usually terrible, if you do something even slightly wrong you can get written up or sent home even for something very minor. Also, the 15% discount comes straight from your paycheck and you can only buy things from the store in that manner.
