• There's no strategy beyond making a quick buck. The company is completely directionless with zero long term plans and staff being fired on a whim. • Certain members of the senior management team are bullies with seemingly no management training and no care for the employees who work at Brave Bison. • There's no work/life balance with everyone expected to do the work of two to three employees. Alongside this, the pay is incredibly poor for junior employees who carry most of the workload. • Overall, it's just an incredibly toxic work environment. Avoid.
