Patient satisfaction is priority over what is clinically appropriate for patient Providers are expected to do most of their own clerical work - patient reminders, updating addresses, firing patients (despite job aid stating it’s supervisor job to notify patients they’re fired) Multiple programs required for patient tracking and charting.
