Pros
Great team, and an atmosphere that was super women-friendly! Honestly felt like a little family, and it didn’t seem entirely based on the specific people I worked with. The Bravissimo culture really focuses on making everyone feel good, body positivity and supporting other women- I did honestly feel that was conveyed throughout my year working there! Also loved meeting so many different people, it wasn’t like usual retail, you get to spend extended quality time with customers and really get to know them. Never felt rushed to make sales or compromise being with a customer and that made it so much more enjoyable.
Cons
Usual retail issues- not always great flexibility on hours and often short staff issues. Generally it was still always great, but there were some occasions customers went crazy at me for having to wait a while for a fit: which of course wasn’t my fault but sometimes could be really nasty.
