Pros
Up to 50 percent off products I was a student so to begin with it was flexible and a lovely job.
Cons
There is so much pressure to deliver great customer service it's so stressful. Customers are rude and write emails of discontent for the most ridiculous of things and the blame is passed to you if you work there. The blame culture is awful and there isn't any accountability for management or customers who are over sensitive and needy sometimes you have to say to customers don't be so silly it's your fault. Perhaps we wouldn't get so many returns months later.
