Pros
I have worked as a contractor for BravoTECH for several years. The management is honest and transparent. As a mid-sized company in a very competitive market, they work hard to pay well and keep their employees happy so they won't be stolen by competitors. They have a hybrid workforce and everyone can work from home part of the time and many employees are completely remote. Especially during the pandemic they did everything they could to improve employee morale and listen to their feedback about the work environment. They hold frequent fun get-togethers such as Top Golf and happy hours to make everyone feel part of the team. The result is a team spirit that is hard to beat. Management has an open door policy and does frequent employee surveys to learn how they can improve. In recent years they have put more processes in place, which has improved fairness. It's also one of the most diverse staffing companies out there - 6 diversity groups are represented on the management team - so every new hire knows they have an ally on the management team.
Cons
It's a rapidly growing company in a competitive market, so people seem a little too busy at times. This is not the place to sit and collect a paycheck.
