There are nice people who work for Brayman. They either will leave or be pushed out shortly after starting or you will, so don’t count on getting to know them.
Cons
Scheming & Dishonest Culture. Don’t speak up. Don’t ask questions. If told to break the law in the course of your work day, do that. The benefits are worthless. The stress is insane. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Illegal behavior and quid pro quo mindset.
