      I truly appreciate how this company prioritizes its employees over customers. If a customer is wrong, we can address it honestly without tolerating any unpleasant behavior.

      Cons

      On the negative side, it's ironically the best customer service I've ever experienced, which raises the standard for any positions I could take in the future.
