You learn a lot about yourself and what you can achieve with absolutely no upper management support.
Cons
Upper management and corporate have absolutely no presence at their locations. Most of the corporate staff are complete idiots and take no accountability for the issues at their locations. The owner is a money hungry slum lord that takes vacations while floor staff get attacked for months at a time by rats.
