Staff who incorporate company values and want to make a difference in their community. Supportive, open to learning and wanting to be the best. Everyone works as a team. Those who don't quickly see they don't fit in. ALL of us make this company Excellent and respect our colleagues as such.

Those who don't possess our core values and don't want to rise to the level of excellence quickly stand out as a sore thumb. They then leave or are let go because we protect our culture. Then they retaliate with absurd statements that are totally the opposite of staff who have been with us 5plus years. The RIGHT people still work here and they are thriving.
