Awful. Very negative environment - Anonymous employee Brebners Employee Review

Unsupportive environment and there is a bullying culture. Any concerns raised to management are usually dismissed and unfortunately this was the case for a few colleagues and ex colleagues. Staff are not encouraged to talk about any sensitive issues. It was stressful working here and I feel happier having left. Lots of pettiness and the volume of it was shocking. Virtually no benefits and below average pay. Social side is lacking too. Unrealistic timelines given for work and sometimes work is passed very last minute. No appreciation given to staff who try to meet these unrealistic targets. Opportunities to develop are also minimal. I would not reccomend working here.
