Pros
I like the fact that you can work from home. My department gives a lot of flexibility on when you clock in and out. I have kids so flexibility is needed.
Cons
They don't provide decent pay. And the Accounting department can overwork employees sometimes. No cafeteria in work building. Very low pay raises. Stressful work environment
