- understaffed
- senseless pressure at all levels
- some little people with massive ego
- tolerating pathologies (e.g. working under influence at central operations level)
- disrespect towards own employees at all levels
- no stick and carrot, just the stick
- very manual processes consuming precious time
- lack of any investment in software, forcing to do work on paper (literally)
- blame culture at highest level and penalising for sticking up for own team
- fear-based culture, lack of charismatic leadership
- forcing management to set own drivers for fail on daily basis followed by penalising drivers for not performing well (namely: adding 2-3 drops to routes without allocating any time for driving or delivering [av. 15-25 min each] and asking management to panelise drivers if any of the drops were delivered late
- not recognising some really hard-working and committed guys and not giving them chance to shine (e.g. warehouse or training)
NOTE: left there nearly 2 years ago and handed my notice with satisfaction. Filling this now as want to use this website service, so I long passed the point of any emotions about the business. Just feeling sorry for those hard working peeps on the ground and believe business like this deserves an honest feedback. Culture comes from the very top of the business.
