      Pros

      1) Salary on time 2) For 1-3 years experience it's good company to start with but not for freshers

      Cons

      1) Annual review hike is very normal. Operates as service based. 2) Earlier company culture was good but now it becoming bad to worst. 3) For freshers they don't have any infrastructure and process to onboard them. 4) Company still operates as startup (work not money) even though their size is increased.. 5) Anyone who wants to grow at a higher pace - not suitable for them.

      Pros

      Great work environment and company culture. They really do care about their employee's well being. Listen to suggestions and are proactive on implementing change.

      Cons

      As with any start up environment, it can be a bit disorganized at times. There is always change.

      Great company culture. Genuinely awesome people to work with.

      With teams being located throughout Europe and the US it was difficult to get timely answers/solutions to share with the client.
