Pros

Fitness membership, spa and product discounts

Cons

everything else was awful. You have to stand for 8-10 hours on shift, be micromanaged by a rude manager who doesn't have proper training (and talks poorly about other employees to workers). And the pay is really bad, they will stall if you ask for a raise. They don't like to pay their employees.

Flexible schedule and really friendly customers with endorphins from exercise classes.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations for closing shifts with one person on shift, menu could stand to be cut a little further to simplify processes and storage.

Middle manger is nice and cares about people. General staff is nice. Generally busy.

Cons

Uppermangment is clueless Uppermangment doesn't communicate Uppermangment doesn't care about yoga teachers, massage therapist, or stylist. They generally look down on people who they are not related to and or rich. Uppermangment is morally questionable. Uppermangment doesn't communicate and make dumb choices that make your job harder.
