Pros
The best part of this company is the amount of support that is available from coworkers, managers, and even upper management. There is a community of hard work and respect. The training is very good and easy to understand. I also really appreciate the transparency about what job expectations are.
Cons
Being a camp instructor is as difficult as you expect it to be with some weeks being a lot more difficult than others. If you don't like working with kids then don't work with kids. This is not a job you get into for the money, compensation is fair but lower than some other options in the camp industry.
