Pros

There is nothing as such.

Cons

"Do Not Onboard a Sinking Ship" I feel obligated to warn anyone considering joining Brickendon. This organization is a sinking ship, heavily reliant on just 1-2 outdated projects with no significant efforts to secure new clients or expand their portfolio. The lack of projects not only limits opportunities for growth but also creates a high-risk environment for employees. They operate with a ruthless hire-and-fire policy, where job security is a myth, and employees are treated as disposable. The toxic environment and constant uncertainty can derail your career progression. Adding to the concern, they include dubious clauses in employment contracts, designed to exploit and restrict employees. The HR team is far from professional—they mislead candidates during the hiring process and fail to provide any genuine support or transparency once you’re onboard. If you value your career and professional growth, I strongly urge you to avoid this company. There are far better organizations that prioritize employee well-being, ethical practices, and long-term stability. Don’t let this sinking ship drag you down.

Pros

I have had the pleasure of working at Brickendon for 3 Years, and I can confidently say it is an outstanding place to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully. From the start, the leadership team has demonstrated vision, integrity, and a genuine commitment to both clients and employees. They foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and innovation which makes every project feel like a shared mission rather than just a job. The work environment is both challenging and rewarding. Colleagues are helpful, respectful, and driven; they push one another to deliver high quality. At the same time, there’s a good balance — the company values work life balance and well being, which builds loyalty and a positive atmosphere.

Cons

Another highlight is how Brickendon keeps innovation at its core. The company does not shy away from trying new ideas, improving processes, adopting new technologies, and listening to feedback from all levels. This approach not only improves outcomes for clients but also makes day to day work more engaging.
