Pros

I worked for this company for seven years and was very sad to say goodbye. The company has grown significantly since I started with them, and it was very exciting to be a part of that. The benefits were outstanding, and I always felt (no matter how big they got) that the company really cared about me. The South Florida team was like family and I hope to always stay in touch with them. Overall my experience with Bridge and my South Florida team was fantastic and I would highly recommend working with them .

Cons

With growth comes change so you have to be able to roll with new procedures.

Pros

It is great... if you are the one running the company. They get bonuses in the millions.

Cons

This company promises the world to you... if you have a chief in front of your title, i am sure those guys can get whatever they want. If you are off site, they treat you like a peasant as if they are doing you a favor. At the corporate level, be prepared to have your lunch break removed with mandatory lunch time training. The amount of hoops they make their employees go though is ridiculous. I am charged the highest amount i have ever paid for health benefits. I am exempt but told I am over paid when i live in an area that has a higher cost of living than their corporate offices and then pay people who are in lower cost of living areas a higher wage. We work 50-60 hours on a typical week, more on other weeks with no assistance or help from upper management as they pile on more and more work. Constant overwhelming deadlines every week that no one can even take 3 days off without someone from the corporate office telling you that you have failed to meet their arbitrary deadlines. “Budget season” last 5 months as the team has to redo financials every two weeks with deadlines almost every week. If you work at this company, prepare to fill out more forms in 1 year than you have done in your entire life time with the amount of red tape in this company. Never have I worked at a more convoluted and disorganized company in my life.
