I’ve seen some negative reviews about the company, but honestly, they don’t reflect my experience at all. I’ve been here for over three years, and the environment has always felt welcoming and supportive. My coworkers genuinely care about each other, and the company culture really values its employees. It’s the kind of place where people are willing to step in and help you succeed.

The workload and hours can be a bit heavier compared to some other companies. That said, the pay and bonuses do make it worth the effort. When the company was growing quickly, there were definitely moments where things felt a little chaotic. But over time, processes have become much more organized and stable.
