      Pros

      The people that work there have created a culture I don't think I will ever find again. Everyone goes to concerts, baseball games, golfing with each other. If you show hustle they will give you every opportunity you could wish for. Started working at Bridge in college and they provided a phenomenal start to a career in business and sales. Bridge has given many people a place to make a good wage at a young age. I have friends that I still stay in pretty close communication with. The people at Bridge will always be there for you. Personal and professionally I relied on these individuals. They were and still are always there for me. You won't find that in a place of employment.

      Cons

      If you aren't in the top management position your opinion will be asked once every six months and then they will tell you what they decided in closed meetings. You will enjoy working with everyone but will have no say in who, even if you express concerns they agree are valid. You will be expected to thrive in whatever team they decide is the best fit for you with no consideration of what you think would be the best. You will have to be available to answer calls at all times of the day as it is expected to be your responsibility.

      Pros

      Transparent conversations with leadership. Great work environment Competitive pay and benefits Fast pace Great PTO policy Goals and career advancement Leadership team does a great job making their employees feel valued and heard.

      Cons

      Can be a stressful industry at times.

      Pros

      The only real positive is the hard working coworkers who are stuck dealing with the same chaos.

      Cons

      The culture Bridge used to brag about is long gone. Leadership is reactive, constantly scrambling instead of planning. People are shuffled into roles with no clear direction, only for entire teams to disappear when leadership changes its mind. Turnover is sky-high, morale is at rock bottom, and there’s no stability. They aren’t even hiring anymore — the company is shrinking, not growing.
