Wonderful support staff, great broker, 100% commission.

No direct deposit for commission.

Ability to work with many properties and build relationships with realtors

Office staff was inappropriate and playing mind games each week and put you in random unscheduled meetings while you are busy with lots of tasks that need to be done. Paid hourly but was made to stay late often. Completely unprofessional with the office staff and sometimes with other Realtors.
