      Pros

      -allowed autonomy as an intern, able to name my own projects and get involved in areas of the organization I was interested in -great opportunity for experience working directly with refugee clients -staff is friendly and dedicated, some of the best people you'll meet

      Cons

      -I was not offered reimbursement for the cost of driving clients to various appointments, which I did frequently, and the internship was unpaid -There is defiantly a need for investment in the mental health of employees, and of course refugee clients who have undergone trauma
