Pros
First and foremost, Bridge has an excellent work-life balance. Management has been very clear that family comes first and time needed for appointments or family needs is granted. A fun work environment with team members who genuinely work hard. The Partners are very involved and always have the time to work with you and meet with you. Management does not micro-manage, they think of you as professionals and allow you to do your work. If you have a strong work-ethic you will do well here.
