Pros
Great sales team that has direct contact with management to push along interviews and get offers. When we submit candidates, they don't go into a 'black hole.' We get more interviews and thus more placements. The management team is very knowledgeable about the marketplace and the industry, and will not let you work on a job order if you don't have a realistic shot at filling it. They are also technical and can help explain any IT concepts that you may not understand. We use all of the cutting edge tools to give us and edge over our competition, and management isn't afraid to spend the money on things to put us ahead. Excellent training opportunities, and management that is really invested in you. Great commission structure, no cap and can make as much as you want. Awesome work/life balance. When you take off for vacation, everyone else covers for you so you can enjoy your time off. Great location downtown, near light rail and lots of shops/restaurants Fun contests and great side perks, since I've worked here we have skipped out of work to go to Rockies opening day, go bowling, and go see a movie. Parking and cell phone reimbursement.
Cons
Office and building we work in is nothing to write home about, pretty standard office feel. Hours are 8:30-5:30. I would rather come in earlier and leave earlier, but that is just a personal preference. Management is very flexible if you have to pick up kids or anything like that, as long as you are up front with them.
