Unrealistic work assignments. You're hired for a 40 hrs work week but to meet the demands of your manager 60 hours is required on a consistent basis - without thanks or salary increase. Beyond poor upper mgmt skills for realizing industry standard daily productive work hours compared to what they sell to a customer to get a project done.
