Pros
I honestly can't think of any, only you'll be able to learn if you can put the pieces together of all the confusing parts their product.
Cons
Management is too controlling and not transparent, and most senior employees don't share knowledge with new comers, or it might just be that they don't know how to do things and have no knowledge of things since they use such legacy systems (centos7). Most of the company employees are Russians with heavy accents and sometimes it's hard to understand what they're saying, and you definitely sense some bias towards non-Russians in the company. Product is powerful, but too many moving parts and redundancy configurations required to make the product work efficiently and effectively, and it definitely makes it hard to learn the product if you're new. Also, company has a 3 month probation period, and if you can't get things to work for your onboarding, they will definitely give you the boot. Lastly, management is so controlling that they work their butts off cause they don't share any knowledge to subordinates, they're really hard working but it's a burn out disaster waiting to happen, some managers are in their 40-50s but they look like they're in their 70s...
