Pros
Standard Belgian benefits with 8 euro meal vouchers. A good first job if you have no experience in the workforce or have just finished your bachelors degree.
Cons
You are left completely on your own, without follow up, goals, a plan, or review. There was very little communication or involvement with any of the teams. Everything being in Dutch made access to the limited trainings available, managers and help limited, despite being a national company. Trainings are very basic and low level. Very low pay for the roles you are placed in - experience or education is barely considered. They expect you to travel a lot and treat you like an inconvenience if you have any issues. You are not a person to them, only a project, a resource, a number.
