Pros
They seem to be a good company who is trying hard to keep employees happy (on the Teacher/Paraprofessional side, I can't speak for the main office/admin side). Positive culture (lots of cutesy "Bee" references), slightly higher than average hourly rate for staff. Schedule is flexible and you can pick up/decline any shifts you like. Thorough background checks and vetting process, with opportunities for PD.
Cons
Unfortunately in certain "hives" (as they call different cities they operate in) work is simply not available. I understand things can happen that are out of the company's control, but after a two-month onboarding process and only one week of work, staff was notified that due to unforseen circumstances, there would be no more work available in the area. Several employees had weeks of shifts scheduled, only to have them canceled the day before the school year started and were left without work.
