Great place to get experience in a digital advertising space (OTT/CTV) that is really taking off. Close-knit team where everyone plays an important role and is closely involved in the success of the company. Leadership cares about each individual and it shows, and that’s something that has really strengthened over time as a priority. Plus, very cool to be led by a female CEO. Good work/life balance and flexibility- your hard work and dedication to the team and willingness to give it your all and juggle a lot, is met with a respectful understanding of the fact that we’re all human and need that balance and flexibility! Work on major brands, across all categories- Beauty, CPG, Auto, Travel, Food and Bev, Spirits, Entertainment, etc., brands that we all know and use, and then get to see your ads on the TV, like on Hulu. Really awesome team to work with- I love my coworkers!
Cons
BrightLine is ideal for someone who has an eager, entrepreneurial spirit, and wants to be a part of a company that is evolving and expanding with a rapidly growing advertising space, optimizing, staying on your toes, figuring it out together and really pushing the envelope. Perhaps not the best fit if you’d prefer to work at a company that’s been around forever, where everything’s all figured out, and you simply complete your specific tasks.
