I can't think of any cons

The children are great and most of the families as well.

The management has no communication. They do not care about anyone working for them and often are found in the office talking about their days and ordering food. The level of stress put on the staff by the director is sometimes unmanageable. Between random visits from higher ups that Make the management kick it into gear at the last moment to make it look like everything is perfect, and the inability to get staff out on time it’s really just not a good place for your mental health.
