Pros
The culture is very laid back and easy going, yet very driven at the same time. Everyone gets along with each other for the most part, you don't feel intimidated talking to the people making important decisions. Its still a young company with lots of young employees, so the work hard play hard mentality is very prevalent. Open and transparent company that tries to teach its employees about new changes as they come up.
Cons
The environment can feel different depending on the department you're in. Pay raises are rare, and when they do happen it's disappointing. The pay itself is a lot lower when compared to the rest of the market. Its easy to see that the heads of your department are fighting to increase employee satisfaction and moral, but most of the time it seems to fall on deaf ears. The purse strings are really tight. There's also not a defined career path, so advancement and development doesn't happen very often.
