Pros
I worked at BrightSign for many happy years until I was "let go".
I agree with other people that the bonuses were great but the lack of salary review (or indeed any review) was not so good since I didn't really feel valued in many ways. Possibly my complaining about the lack of any review is why the decided to get rid of me but I'll never know.
Cons
Needs to implement a formal review structure.

The team I work on is great! I feel valued and appreciated. No micromanagement, you are treated as an individual and adult. Very family friendly and a work-life balance is supported and encouraged
Cons
Team bonding is not the same across departments. you definitely see other teams do more with each other, but I am sure if it was vocalized it could change. We also have a remote environment, so I do not really know anyone else outside of my department
