      Employees very committed to the people they support. Upper management very concerned with doing the right thing, compliance and mitigating issues between employees.

      Cons

      Most jobs have no increases without funding increases. Entry level workers may not get increases for merit or longevity.

      The manipulation Pharmerica uses to ensure the compensation is not accurate! The market moved and the company didn’t, the benchmark is outdated but told verbatim "we are NOT a priority" The company prioritized cost control over market competitiveness
