Pros
If, IF, there is a house manager in charge who is caring, and competent the clients will receive the best possible care. They do their best to keep the clients happy, healthy.
Cons
This is a for profit company, so what care the clients in the homes get is minimal. Basically, they keep them alive, and semi-functioning. They will spend as little money on the clients as possible, but enough to keep within the States policies. They only pay minimum wage to the direct care staff, so they hire what they can get. Race is a factor in the hiring process.
