      Pros

      - Flexible hours - Little to no micromanaging - Building has a fitness center - A fair amount of PTO hours

      Cons

      - Poor company culture - In the office 4 days a week (but could switch to 5 at any moment) - Company took away annual bonus - Company doesn't offer an official review process. In April you'll receive an email or call from HR informing you that your "raise" will be in your next paycheck. - Pay raises are literally 20-40 cents

      Pros

      Good job and new manager has turned the place around.

      Cons

      1. Make you pay for take home company truck now used to be part of the job 2. Took away my managers sales bonus and he was not happy about it 3. All managers share a credit card for the entire branch 4. Bonuses are not what they used to be 5. Cuts are made company wide every quarter all to save Dales job and to show a shareholder profit yet the CEO makes millions with tones of bonuses and extras while little guys get crap pay
