      Pros

      Great pay, awesome benefits, good support from sales leaders. Loved the work!

      Cons

      Business side was not supportive to sales team. Was detrimental to advancement of sales. Very divided. Lacked communication, and ability to manage. A lot of dysfunctional game-playing and avoiding when there should’ve been more of a cohesive and supportive team effort.

      Pros

      Good job and new manager has turned the place around.

      Cons

      1. Make you pay for take home company truck now used to be part of the job 2. Took away my managers sales bonus and he was not happy about it 3. All managers share a credit card for the entire branch 4. Bonuses are not what they used to be 5. Cuts are made company wide every quarter all to save Dales job and to show a shareholder profit yet the CEO makes millions with tones of bonuses and extras while little guys get crap pay
