Management does not tolerate people who do not improve culture and moral. Growing company also means constant change. If you are not a team player or willing to do the work, you will be let go. The firm runs as four separate companies under one roof (Solar, LED, Geo & Engineering), at times this stretches support services and management. Need connectivity with other service groups.
