BrightEdge allowed me to accelerate my sales career from the get go. The progression opportunities are second to none and for the most part, there is a clear path to be promoted to an Account Executive within 12-14 months. Financial incentives aside, the team are great at organising social events, whether it's escape rooms, quizzes or open bar tabs - everyone works at BE for the same reason: to further their career in a competitive and dynamic enviroment, but have fun at the same time. The annual sales kick off in Florida is awesome and a great opportunity to travel with the job. The UK office are also renowned for their presence at the annual President's Club, an all expenses paid for trip for you +1 to destinations like Bahamas, Jamaica, Mexico and Puerto Rico... definitely something that helps as a motivation.
Cons
Expect to put in the hours if you want to be successful. Like most Sales jobs, you can't expect to work 9-5 and reap the rewards and be a top performer. In return for fast promotions, great pay and travel opportunities, you need to put in the grind to earn that compensation.
