      Autonomy. Patient load and the actual people you work with

      Cons

      Upper management is over-reactive and, frankly, don't know what they are doing. They micromanage and are vindictive. They never set foot in the clinic or know what happens there

      The providers here really go above and beyond for their patients.

      Not to many people know about our Clinic. More outreach is needed.
