Pros
You work in a fascinating industry that is always changing Comp is pretty good
Cons
There are so many... - Terrible micromanagement (when the managers have no idea what the desired outcome is) - Lackluster products. They refuse to build a custom platform and just rip microsoft BI reporting - extremely high expectations for sales while refusing to acknowledge product or sales process friction - weird leadership structure. managing director is neurotic and all over the place. president is oddly absent and only shows up to company meetings to say how proud of everyone he is. offers no value - they will find any way to cut relationships with employees. will go above and beyond on legal stuff so you're afraid to fight back. they spend more time reading through legalese on contracts instead of trying to make an employee relationship work - office is terribly boring - you'd think remote work would be a pro but they absolutely leverage it as a way to always be online - they don't actually care about developing their team to make them better. they'll just fire you and find someone else. I mean their glassdoor logo is from years ago so it shows how much they pay attention to talent channels...
