Brightlink has been a great company to work for over the past years. The management team is very fair and 100% backs up all of their team members. The leadership team has done a great job supporting the broader team through company transitions. The whole team did a great job to transitioning home during the pandemic and still working together as a unit. This has been the best company I have worked for thus far over the course of my career. Working with Brightlink has also been a big win for my work/life balance. They were very flexible with me during times my family needed me. It has been very appreciated.

The benefit package needs improving. I opted on almost everything to seek my own 3rd party solutions.

Boys Club, no upward mobility, micro managing, unfair treatment
