Pros

Nice people. Nice area. Nice dogs. If you really need a job in the industry and need to stay in St. Louis, give it a shot.

Cons

Fairly boring and tedious work. No one's really aiming for greatness, but no one can just act like they don't care. So there's this weird tendency for people (who want keep their job) to act passionate and engaged while knowing the product will never go beyond subpar, expected, client-pleasing work.

Pros

They have a solid intern program. If only it was a good place to learn.

Cons

Leadership. Flat out. They don't really care about people and they don't really care about doing good work. If you are a creative, run, because they don't value creative work or creative people. If you are an account person, run, because the work is crummy and no one is driving the bus. No one is looking at the total lifetime value of an account - so the profitability of every single deliverable is what matters. Classic short term, fear based decision making makes Jack a very very dull boy.
