Cons
Do not apply here if you are working as an RA, dining position or vibrant living assistant. They overwork their employees, and the pay is ridiculously low for the amount of work. They give short breaks. The director of department you were hired for will change your schedule without notice (not even a week in advanced), when confronting him of the schedule change, he acted as if he did not know. The management is horrible: they do not train their employees properly, expect you to work 2-3 hour shifts, and will find fault in minor actions. Most of the employees will complain about their work. If you complain against a director's actions, you will get your hours cut. Their logo is "vibrant", however, the place is filled with rumors and information regarding employees will spread to everybody. Directors will speak badly about current and former employees with you. It is not a professional environment at all. Schedules will not be ready two weeks in advanced so you can not make plans around it.
