BW as a whole - Nurse Brightwater Group Employee Review

In my opinion, Poor senior leadership. Forever changing, makes for unstable work environment. I personally Think they have lost or changed focus from clients and their needs to financials and “looking good out there” to community. Very sad the way company has changed as it used to be about clients. Additional gov expectations add pressure to the “pressure cooker” I believe one of the companies most important assets is staff. They way staff leave willingly and not(!) shows how unstable company is.
