- Remote environment is great. - Generally get to work alongside high performers. - Transparent, candid culture permeates most of the company. - Interesting work, and challenging problems. - Much less bureaucracy than a typical office environment. - Flexible hours, not concerned about someone being in a seat from 9-5.

- Compensation is lower than average. - Ability to execute on vision is a long-time issue. - Company scaled too quickly, leading to growing pains.
